Diagnostic Tool failed test to resolve hostname to IP

Milestone Diagnostic Tool failed to resolve hostname to IP test.

All recorders and cameras are working correctly. Both Management server and recorders can ping each other with hostname and IP addresses. DNS server is running properly.

I am just curious why and if there is any fix for it.
