Does MIPSDK 2017R2 support H.265?

Hi All,

My client use GIS solution which integrated with Milestone XPCO2017R2.

Question is… They use Panasonic camera which support H.265 stream.

Client want to use that camera on GIS solution too.

The problem is MIPSDK already support H.254 stream by ActiveX or Dotnet.

But, they don`t know H.265 support or not.

Does MIPSDK support H.265? if no, do you have any plan to support it?

The MIP SDK does support H265.

Note that the activeX does not support H.265, but the ImageViewerControl does.

When you mention a camera I recommend that you also check the supported hardware pages, to see if the camera is supported and support includes h.265. https://www.milestonesys.com/community/business-partner-tools/supported-devices/
