Don't Receive Events

Hello all,

I integrate with Milestone and I receive events from Milestone Professional but I don’t Receive Events from milestone Corporate.

I don’t receive events in Smart Client and I don’t understand why. I think this is a problem of configuration in Milestone Corporate.

Can anyone help me please ?

Hi Luis,

Events are configured a little differently in XProtect Corporate. You can reference The XProtect Corporate Administrator’s Guide on Page 114 on how to add non-system events from the camera.

You can then use the camera events that you have configured with the Rule System that is explained on Page 142.
