Double clicking on image viewer

We have upgraded MIPSDK version 2013 to 2017 r2 in our psim application .While double clicking on imageviewer,we have faced with one problem.

When you double click on imageviewer, the viewer will be maximized and suddenly it is zooming unrelated area.

In 2013 SDK double clicking on image viewer is not causing any problem.

Milestone said that it would be solved in 2018 version, is it solved in 2018 SDK ? can we block or disable this function ?

Double-click did not exist in 2013 versions it was added as an feature enhancement. All versions since then including the 2018 R1 has the potential issue (depending on camera PTZ capabilities).

For now Milestone has a case trying find a fix, if a fix is released it will be in the newest released MIP SDK at the time.

Currently the only known workaround is to instruct users not to use double-click.
