Download video clips using the REST API

Is there any way to download video clips (especifying camera and start/end timestamps) using the API or any other programatic approach (ideally from python).

I have try to look in the API but, it is been hard for me to find out (i am new to Milestone systems)

The Rest API currently does not have the functionality, you cannot export and download video clips using Rest API.

From what you are asking I would like to recommend that you use the Mobile SDK.
