Using the Rest API to create a WebRtc connection with a camera on my milestone server, the webrtc connection is failing with DTLS Fatal Handshake Failure. Note I am on the same local network as the recording server.
Which version of the XProtect VMS are you using?
Are there any clues in the API Gateway logs? (“C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtect API Gateway\Logs\gateway.log”)
Perhaps share a copy of the log file here.

I think I have identified the issue, and your gateway.log will not be needed. It is a known issue:

If the XProtect version is newer than 2023R3 it will include the fix from the start and no fix is required. For versions of XProtect older than 2023R3 there is no fix available!
