e-mail notification variables with dollar sign

(XProtect Corporate 2019 R3, Milestone Xprotect management client 2019 R3 13.3a Build 44)

I have a notification set up but the variables with the dollar sign are not working.

For example text message: $RecorderName$

Appear in email as:

This e-mail notification was triggered by [Undefined]

Attachments are from [Undefined]

Notification message:

[$RecorderName$]
