the installation stops with the following error:
VideoOS.Installer.Sequencer.ErrorHandling.InstallerSequencerException
I use
Os: Windows 7
Milestone Server Enterprice 7.0
and Framework 4.5.

This is not a generic error, and I’m afraid that this is not possible to resolve via the Community. We will need a bit more information (what exactly are you installing, and what is the exception contents) plus some information, which may be private/sensitive for your site. How can I open a ticket?
Go to Milestonesys.com, “Support”. Log on to “My Milestone”. If you are a Milestone Partner, you will see your Support Portal where you can create cases.
Otherwise, contact your local Milestone dealer. The can create a case.
