I was forced to upgrade from XProtect 2016 to XProtect 2018 R3. This was a fresh install. All my cameras WORKED in the old system. However, on the 2018 R3, I keep getting the above error when attempting to add cameras. What is interesting ONLY cameras that do NOT have sound have successfully been added. All other cameras (Panasonic BL-Cxxxx) series will NOT add. I can logon to the camera admin page, I have the latest Firmware. I tried rebooting the cameras, etc. Nothing works. Anything I can do to manually add the cameras? I know they work.
