Dear Sir / Madam,
We received some complain from our customer regarding the video quality issue. After investigation, we find below warning and error message are frequently shown in our system recording server log file. Would you please help to explain the details normally what is the root caused the issue, and give us some suggestion how to solve the problem? or any reference doc can help us to analysis and understand the system health status based on the information captured in the log file. Thanks.
