Error when installing XProtect Essential+ to Windows 10 Pro machine

I am trying to install XProtect Essential+ to my machine. During installation, the installer encountered a system error. The installer.log stated that "Error An error occurred: ‘Error authenticating user, service is down’. Error details: at VideoOS.Server.Admin.Utilities.IisHelper.ValidateWebService(AccountInfo account, String atServer, Int32 atServerPort, String websiteId)"​

I have attached all the log files. Please help. Thanks.
