We have been developing a solution that integrates milestone and suprema integration using MIP SDK.
Recently, Events in the Access Control tab of the Smart Client screen are not displayed properly, and no events are displayed with the message ‘No access control events match your search’.
Considering that the event defined as Access Request is displayed as Notifications, it seems to be delivered to the Event Server normally. What part do I need to check more?
Sorry for the very delayed response. If this is still an issue can you please go to the Alarm Manager tab in the Smart Client, go into setup mode and then for the alarms list, in the property side panel change it to show Events instead of alarms. Then go out of setup mode again and verify whether you are seeing the Access Control events in the events list there. Also please verify whether you are getting other events if you are not seeing the access control events.
