Hello - we are trying to support a dual recording installation in which the video from each camera is being recorded on two recording servers simultaneously. In such a case, the events generated for this camera directly by the corresponding recording servers is duplicated. Please point us to information about what events are generated directly by the recording server and if our understanding of event duplication is accurate.
There is no such list available, but all device related events are generated by the recording servers.
If you have added the same camera to two different recording servers, the system will see these as two independent cameras and events will thus be generated individually for each of them. So depending on your configuration you will receive duplicates, but you can of course disable at least some of the events (e.g motion detection and those coming from the camera) in the device configuration for each server. However, error events like camera connection lost will come from both, so you will need to implement a scheme for handling that.
