=> How will we be able to perform evidence lock programatically once ServiceCommandServiceClient is obscolete?

That is in reference to a C++ implementation of the ServerCommandService proxy client. There’s a reference to it here.
The .NET Framework based component will remain, and the WCF service hosted by the Management Server isn’t going anywhere for a good long while. Not until the new API’s are at or near parity with the old ones.
