a couple of month ago, when exporting a period of time (i.e. from 00.00 to 00.00) the first hour of record wasn’t show image, but only this clock with a locked portion.
The same thing happens using our software created using MilestoneSDK. We got rid of the problem forcing our software to backup an hour more. At the time we were using 2019 R3, now that we have upgraded to 2020 R1, the problem with manual exportation using Smart Client is solved, unlike our software.
We are increasingly convinced that this is a problem that concern Time Zone, but our server / client time configuration is the same in any machine. Now in Italy we are in Winter Time: according to this our backup lose no longer 1h, but 2h! If you think about it, that’s right!
So we think this is a dbexporter issue. Is there any chance to set the current time zone using SDK, like we do in SmartClient?
