Exported video shows black tiles

Has anyone had this happen? I exported a sequence and sent it over to an individual. They opened the smart player and the video tiles were all black when there should have been video. The timeline showed the information correctly. Missing codec on that computer? The exported video came from cameras using h.264.

If using the Smart Client Player, this is not a codec issue. I believe this must be a local issue, caused by faulty .Net, DirectX or graphics drivers for the Smart Client.

Update or reinstall these or try to playback the export on a different PC. If these do not help resolve the issue, please raise as a Support Case. Thanks.
