Yes you are right. We are integrated our video analytic product already, but this alarm definition problem exist.

Can you get alarm definition in Management Client?

( Start ManagementClient → Alarm Definitions → Alarm Definitions )

Failure of getting Alarm definition in Management client is the current issue.

Please, see the attached file and image again.

It says the failure is due to Event server not running but we check it (Port etc) and it is all running. Please, see the attached word file again before you ask any question.

Please try to disabled proxy setting. However regarding this questions, as this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community. You should get better help from the partners using the support community.
