Faioverserver start with Error

I have installed a failover-server and it is running so far. I declared the failoversr as a hot standby server, as soon as I do I get the following error message:

Changing state. New state: HotStandbyStarting

Changing state. New state: FatalError

The server does that only if he should take over the failure of the main server

Can someonee say something about that?

Entries and settings are all ok.
