I have several Hanwha cameras ranging from the 6000 series to the 7000 and 8000 and want to update them to the latest firmware revisions as recommended by their manufacturer. However, when I check the Hanwha website for the QND-7080R, I find Hanwha has series firmware 4.01_210706 and when I check your supported devices list it says your latest tested version is 2.11_200110.
Does Hanwha plan on updating testing the latest firmware versions of these popular cameras and updating the device pack?

I am sorry when that happens. Technical support must have been thinking that the answer was to develop a new driver using the MIP SDK. I think that is wrong and not the fitting answer for you. Sorry.
