Customer reported that if a Role shares a password with multiple users, then one person could lock many users out if they change the password or if they try the wrong password too many times, it will lock the other users out.

I’ve already spoke with one of our Back Line Engineers. He said this option doesn’t exist. If it did, it would be in the Smart Client Profile. See attached image. This is taken from a 2023 R2 system.

In the Milestone Support Community you might find partners that have done creative workarounds or similar.
