I am the new tech person for a school district and there camera server crashed the other day due to bad weather. I have a new system that I have replaced it with but when I am installing the Xprotect proffesional 2016 r2 on Windows 10 I am getting the error Service ‘Milestone Recording Server’ (Milestone Recording Server) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. I have full rights on the machine for some reason it seems to just be stuck here.
