From an external application using MIP SDK of an alert or the event notify?

When a problem occurred on an external application to work from XProtect system independently, https://routerlogin.uno/ I want to notify XProtect system of an alert or an event using MIP SDK.

When I make application in C++ or C#, please tell me if there are a sample and past topics to serve as a reference.
