Generic events get stuck

Generic events stop after a while.

I have Xprotect Expert 2024 R1, a system with about 9000 generic events and as many alarms. (I have SQL with license)

I noticed that after some events received the system does not receive them anymore and checking with netstat the event server stops listening on UDP port 1234.

The event server does not display any apparent anomalies in the logs, but if I restart it it starts working again for a short time.

Any ideas?

Hi Mirko,

In prima-vista looks like a plain software bug.

Probably is better to contact someone from the support team.
