We’re using Protocol Integration (via SOAP) to get a list of active Alarm Alerts. Accordingly to the SDK documentation - “Location” property should contain Camera’s location.
Location field for the Alarm Alert is empty.
Attempted to set location by:
1. Set GPS coordinates for the camera.
2. Placed camera on the map, using Milestone XProtect Smart Client.
Did you try to submit an analytics event or alarm with the location set to a value?
The alarms you extract do you know they come from a source where the location is filled out when the analytics event or alarm is submitted to the XProtect VMS?
The alarm is being generated by the Camera controlled by the VMS. The camera has the location set in the VMS as well.
