this is the MIP Exception Error: An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to http://xxx:22331/Central/AlarmServiceToken. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down)
User means with SC on same machine he get alerts.
ES logs also in GH issue trace.

Does the plugin work as expected at other customer sites, and only this specific installation is experiencing the issue?
Is this the first time the plugin has been tested against XProtect 2026 R1, or is it already known to work in your test environment on that version?
I do not know whether it is related, but could you also confirm the encryption configuration of the installation? Is encryption enabled or disabled in the Server Configurator?
The answers may help determine whether this is a version-specific issue or something unique to the environment.
Our test environment is a standalone server, and is very different compared to our production environment where there is a separation of duties across 3 servers
