GPU Problem XProtect Expert 2017 R3

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any way to force the GPU1 (Nvidia). When I have 16 cameras it takes the GPU1, but if I have 36 cameras it takes the GPU0. I am using the 2020R3 SDK. I leave several screenshots with the configuration of the equipment.

GPU needs to run on client side so it does not matter the server regarding the case. Also the way of using GPU for SDK is the same as Smart Client so I would like you to read this KB article and then please check if your clients use GPU on the Smart Client view. Before you start the troubleshoot, please install the newest SDK as we always recommend.

In my computer, no customer client, I have next configuration:

However, it still gets the Intel GPU, even with a single camera. I use Smart Client 2020 R3 and SDK 2020 R3. How can I force the GPU1? In customer computer I have about 80 cameras.

According to this support list, Quadro P600 is supported so it should work. Can you please update the graphic card?

For further question, can you please ask support community? This issue is rather general issue according to your Smart Client picture, so you will get better help and instructions from there.
