For user-defined events, the manual

says "You can use roles to define which user-defined events should be visible in XProtect Smart Client. "

Regarding analytic events, is there any workaround that allows us to reach this goal?

It is not possible to permit one role see some Analytics Event and another role see other Analytics Event. It is important to note another mechanism: An Analytics Event must have a source (camera most often), and if the user/role is permitted to see the source then the user is permitted to see the Analytics Event or the Alarm triggered by the Analytics Event.
