Hello,I have problem by retrieving video flux by MIPSDK on Control sotware Panorama.I also try the Milestone software Video Viewer to test the MIPSDK but it doesn't work too.

I try on another computer in the same network and retrievng the video is ok.

For information, I also have an old Siemens Sistore system installed on this computer.

My first suspicion would be a general communication issue so first please test with the Siemens Siveillance Video Client (the regular client to the VMS you use). If you get the same issue then this is not a MIP SDK issue and you will probably get better help from the partners using the support community.

If the regular video client works and the MIP SDK sample Video Viewer fails please add information about the versions of the VMS and of the MIP SDK you use.

Th Sistore installed on this computer is use for some other camera.

I try to connect to Milesone Server with client Xprotect and everything is working fine.

Xprotect version: 2020 R3 20.3.78.1

MIP SDK version: 2019 R2 13.2.1

Furthermore, since i reboot the computer, the Video Viewer crash down just after the camera selection…

Perhaps this can provide the information we need. Please let me see the exception text you get when you get the crash.

Before doing this. It is very much recommended to use the newest available MIP SDK when developing, could you please use the MIP SDK 2021R2 instead? If you get the same error please let me see the exception..

When the Video Viewer crash, there is no message. The windows just close…

But I have a printscreen frome the MIP SDK crashing when using it in the Panorama software.

I will make another try with MIPSDK 2021R2.

Unfortunate is also the exception because it does not give us any information that we can use. My first suspicion must be a corruption, could you please try to reinstall the MIP SDK and rebuild the sample?

I reinstall the MIP SDK several times and nothing changes.

What do you mean by “rebuild the sample” ? I only install MIP SDK and test it by the Milestone executable Video Viewer.

Sorry, the recommendation to use the newest MIP SDK is valid when you develop. Generally questions on this forum is from developers. I have made a mistake.

If you are not developing anything you should only install the redistributable, which I also see from the graphics.

Can you please double-check the version with the vendor of the application you use? The version must fit the version used to build the application.

Ok, I call the support in France and they redirect mec to this developer forum..

I’m not the final user for this application but integrator.

I use an MIP SDK just to display some cameras from the Milestone Server in Codra Panorama that I developed.

To be sure that the MIPSDK is working fine, the Panorama support team send me the Milestone Video Viewer, but it doesn’t work too.

I suspect a problem with Windows or an incompatibility with the Siemens Sistore Client installed on this computer (for some others cameras).
