Using JPEG frames, both, MIP driver and driver framework works but the Recording server process (VideoOS.IO.Drivers.DriverFrameworkProcess.exe) uses too much CPU. Using H264, driver framework uses less CPU but it still uses more than required (20%) and much more than MIP driver. I used JPEG frames with MIP driver and it uses less CPU but still is too much (10%). When I tried to use H264 using MIP driver, I didn’t see any video at all.
So, the other question is why the recording server process for the driver framework uses too much CPU (in comparison with the MIP driver)??
Thanks!!
