Hi,

We found one issue, if I connect one recorders to Milestone, and there are 5 channels in the recorders, ch 1 to ch 5. And in Milestone, you can see camera 1 to camera 5. But the channel No. is not followed what it is in the recorders. May I know whether there is the interface to get Video Source Token or Video Encoder Token?

Can you please tell us which driver you use? Which product and version of the XProtect VMS are you using? Which version of the MIP SDK are you using?

and you can check below pic, in milestone, camera1 is the no.1 port, and we get it from item properity it’s channel 1 also.

while in NVR, it’s channel 3.

  1. We were using recording server to add hardware with ONVIF Conformant Device(2-16 channels)
  2. milestone version: milestone XProtect coporate X2020R3
  3. the MIP SDK is 2020R3

Thank you for your reply but as this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
