Is it possible to hide any tabs (fx. hide the Playback tab) , using MIP SDK?
No. This cannot be controlled from the SDK. But you can do it in the Management Client in the Smart Client Profiles.

Yes, you can have up to 3 different Smart Client profiles in Professional+.
Explaining in detail how it is configured is beyond the scope of this forum, but it is a node of its own in the Management Client under “Client” top node and I would say it is fairly straightforward. Otherwise you will also find instructions in the manual.
