I can’t help thinking this is funny. But I am also sorry not catching that your question is on the MIP SDK plugin sample Chat.
For me the sample works.
I tested by having the plugin run in a Smart Client and in a Management Client and then they could see each other..
In Management Client
In Smart Client If it does not work for you the simplest explanation is if the Event Server is not running as the sample is using Message Communication via the Event Server. As a first step of troubleshooting check this.
hi, we have sereral Milestone environment, just two of them has this problem, we checked all server including Event Server works, even reinstall, any other aspect we can check ?
