How can I visualize the customtag in alarms?

I’am using Analytics events CustomTag

<xs:element minOccurs=“0” maxOccurs=“1” name=“CustomTag” type=“xs:string” />

to put the license plate readed by my system. But in my Smart Client i can’t visualize it. Image Attached
