We are developing an integration using the Mobile Server Protocol. We’ve had some success with getting a stream using the “Transcoded” StreamType (specified in the RequestStream command), but we get a response of error code 26 (Feature is disabled) when setting StreamType to “FragmentedMP4”.
The system we are testing against is XProtect Professional+.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, if you are trying to use “FragmentedMP4” with version 2020R1 it’s expected to get error code 26. At this point the feature was still under development.
The good news are you will be able to use it from 2020R2 with Expert and Corporate.

API calls follow same feature sets per license and version described in the product index here https://www.milestonesys.com/solutions/platform/product-index/
In general we don’t add parameters or commands that client cannot use in documentation. Obviously it was mistake from our side to add this parameter in 2020R1 docs. Sorry for the inconvenience that may caused.
