How can you control an analog PTZ camera from Xprotect if the camera is connected to an encoder via coaxial cable (the communication protocol is Bilinx camera, the camera is Bosch and Bosch encoder)?

You have the Bosch encoder device added in the Management Application, Under Advanced Configuration > Hardware Devices pick the device, open Properties. In the Hardware Properties dialog there now is a PTZ tab, here you enable PTZ and when you do that you can also pick a PTZ protocol. Bosch Bilinx should be one of the prototcol choices.
