How configure the connection/image server so as to create image/jpeg responses to goto and live commands on specified camera guids?

I’m running XProtect Corporate and keep getting application/x-genericbytedata… when I do goto and live commands. I’ve configured the connection request to ask for std jpeg and set all frames to yes and have confirmed those settings in the response messages to the connection command, but am still not getting image/jpeg content-type in ImageResponse.
