I saw that i have problems with R3 version with the dll’s of R1 version. I was wondering what is the best way and where ican find the dll’s needed to make that Milestone SDK in c# works.

Important note: Never mix the dlls from one version of the MIP SDK with dlls from another version of the MIP SDK. The recommendation is that you make sure you deliver your standalone MIP SDK based application including the right set of dlls to the customers by including the dlls from your development setup.
