How to accomplish installation of XProtect Professional+ 2017 R2

Hi all,

i have encountered a problem during the installation of XProtect Professional+ 2017 R2.

The installation shows that an error was encountered. Details of the error are:

“It’s not possible to configure the server. For further informations please read the registry file”

There’s not any error code showed, and i don’t know how to read the registry file for more details.

I have installed correctly IIS, SQL Server too ( 2008 / 2012 / 2014 / 2016 ). I have directx 11 installed on my windows 10 pro 64 bit. I have installed all the .NET Frameworks indicated in the requirements page.

Do i need some additional software to accomplish the installation?
