How to backup the recording data to the other disk?

I had try to copy and paste the file of (D:) to (E:), but the copied file name are different of original.

After finish copy, i try to offline the drive(D:), and change the drive(E:) letter to(D:). milestone client is going to record, but the copied recording data cannot show in playback.

i thought the problem appeared of the file name.

anyone can help me solve this? please!
