How to create a dynamic point on the map that will change its location depending on the specified Latitude and Longitude parameters.

I have an offline OpenStreetMap map. I have indicated a link in the Smart Client and use it. Now the task is to create a dynamic point that will move around the map depending on the specified Latitude and Longitude parameter using MIPSDK.

Please note that Smart Map is not dynamically updating.

Another sample is dynamically updating is the Smart Client Location View sample, but this is not using Smart Map.
