How to create "synckey" in Storage and Archive folder

There should be a file called “synckey” in the [[D:\MediaDatabase\Localdefault]](file:D:/MediaDatabase/Localdefault]) (and [[D:\MediaDatabase\Archive])folder,](file:D:/MediaDatabase/Archive])folder,)

but it seems that if an abnormality occurs in the system, the “synckey” may be deleted.

What I want to know:

Is it possible to generate a “synckey” using some mathematical formula when all Milestone related systems are down?
