Free version of SQL Server can only save up to 10GB of data. But our ANPR plugin may used in the expressway, there are a lot of passing information, the plate information and the captured image are all stored in the database, the size of database will grow rapidly, so we need to be able to delete expired data. I want to know if some API is provided by MIP SDK?

You cannot delete alarms. Alarm deletion is governed by the retention setup which you can modify in the Management Client → Tools → Options → Alarms and Events tab..
Thanks. But now i find an other question, when the alarms are deleted by the method you provided, pictures related to alarms are not be deleted. How to solve this question?

The regular camera images are governed by the retention on the storage setup, but they are not in the SQL database, so it must be something else.
Have you found that snapshots associated with events or alarms are not deleted? Please provide more detailed information. An explanation of how you see the issue in your investigation might be a great first step.
