How to export a list of alarms close using SQL management Studio

Hello,

I have a customer close on Video Client alarms with the reason why alarms is closed. Example: correct alarm, wrong alarm ect.

I need export every week with Management Studio a list with name of alarm, time to close the alarm and reason of alarm closed.

I’m not found a solution. Can you help me with my problem?
