How to: Managment Cient To Configure Smart Client

Id like to add data to configuration that is modified with Managment-Client and available to the Smart-Client. More specifically, Have Managment-Client set a checkbox to control if a checkbox is visible in the SmartClent.

A fairly complete sample where setup is made in Management Client and the setup is used in Smart Client is the Server-side Carousel plugin sample.
