Hi team,
the customer developed a central system integrating Xprotect professional by gSoap protocol and now they upgraded one of the sites to Xprotect Expert.
They found the central system cannot get live streams anymore from Xprotect professional.
I think it may be caused by that c-code is not compatible with e-code.
I am woudering if you have any doc to help them to figure out and to fix their integrations with c-code.
Could you help let me know anything they need to modify from their orignal integration to work with c-code?

Thanks for the reply. I cannot find the product support information in MIP SDK that mentioned in the link you shared.
I also find an authorization item.
It seems there is some difference between c & e code in systeminfo.xml the link
