OK, if anybody seeks the solution here..

Remove the folders with content from [C:\Program](file:C:/Program) Files\Milestone\MIPPlugins that contains the plugins your are not actively using..

It is possible also simply to change plugin.def extension (I used plugin.def.no) to avoid loading related plugin
