How to show a specific camera Live (or playback ) in a specific smart client.

Is it possible to notify or send a remote command from the milestone servers to a specific Smart Client without any plugin development on the Smart client side?

Which commands are available and which class and libs are used to do it?

I am wondering if Smart Wall functionality could fit for it.

XProtect Smart Wall can show and share entire video walls or various types of content within specific video walls.

This functionality is optional but you don’t need to implement anything on your Smart Client.
