If you set up an alarm like this -
and then monitor the Smart Client Alarm Manager Alarm List. When you do the “force open” you will see the “Force” alarm. When you do the “clear” you will notice that the alarm gets closed automatically. This is the auto-close functionality of alarms.
Except making the alarm I have illustrated the rest is default because the Forced Open is per default mapped to the Door Error category. -
