Our analysis system wants to integrate with milestones.

Could you give some suggest make we can overcome the data delay issue?
Can you please test Analytics events or Metadata and see if the data delay issue happens? Analytics event/ metadata have a timestamp in it so you will be able to check whether it is delayed time or not.
