I use this demo to retrieval the record video from edge device,but the status is always inactive. And I can’t see the record video retrieval from edge device to record server. Is there any limit from record server or some speacial config must to use? I need your help.
There is special config with a special camera, meaning a camera with onboard memory and supported by Milestone for edge recording. See the help and manual for setup, and for troubleshooting see-

Please setup the camera and see first that it works in the Smart Client, then see how the sample is able to do the same.
